Af1045 print ok, copy got many line

    [Misc] Af1045 print ok, copy got many line

    i have face one problem ricoh af1045 when print is no problem, but when copy got many beeline, some time will zoom the copy image.

    i have try change whole scanner unit, problem still same.

    please any expert can help me?

      Sounds like laser problem, try replacing LD Unit

          Ditto, or possibly the IPU. Copies are a different resolution than prints, try doing a laser pitch calibration first. Attached is the procedure....
