Customer wants to turn off communication failure report. I have turn off communication result report, also in fax service mode turn off error report in system switch. but this report still prints out. any suggestions.

I don't think you can switch it off, I've had a look through the fax operator's manual and it says this report is only printed when the Transmission Result Report is turned off. One or the other I think.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.
