    DSm 415

    Hello everybody,
    I have a Gestetner DSm 415 ( I think should be Ricoh 2015) showing SC928. Has anyone experience this? Any suggestions. Thanks

      That an Aficio 1515 the error codes has to do with a memory error. The memory could be bad or you can try to reseat the memory in the BICU board. I never replace any memory just reseat the memory simm.

          Yes its an aficio1515. But I discovered the memory is bad. Can it be reprogramed and how? If not where can I get one.
