    3245C jamming

This machine is jamming constantly . It seem to jam when Im not there . I do believe the customer I replaced feed tires and still the same . Is there a paper feed clutch that drives all the cassettes . because its not any one particular tray its all of them suddenly. What should I look for ?

What are the jam codes the machine is logging? diagnosing the cause maybe a bit more easy with codes.
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

Check your jam history to see which sensor is registering the jam. Every cassette has a paper feed clutch. Could also be the registration clutch. A few years ago I solved a paper jam by replacing the left door switch. The first thing to look at is the jam history.

ask the customer to show you how they clear the jams and see if they close the latch on the vertical transport door correctly. I had one customer who never did and was always getting jams, but when closed properly the machine was fine!
