[Misc] RICOH Aficio 1045 SP mode

i got many af1045 face this problem copy too solid (dark), i think is toner down too much.
A4 sheet front edge of the paper have toner spillage.
i try take out toner bottle " sky shoot " about 4 pages, the problem will solve, but when i put back toner bottle machine will down toner, after down toner finish copy A4 sheet front edge of the paper have toner spillage again.
can i adjust 2209-01 Toner Supply Rate to higher value? default is 60mg/s
or can i adjust 2802-01 TD sensor Manual Setting VTS to higher value? default is 4.78

Try servicing the machine before fiddling with any SP modes. PCU rebuild and new developer.

What he said. These machines run dirty and require a little more vacuum time than some other models. Also make sure the transfer unit isn't loaded up with toner.
