You sir, are a gawd. Thanks. That did the trick. I'm not a printer tech, just a lowly graphic designer with this new monstrosity of a printer and still trying to figure out the quirks. It replaced an old HP 8550 so there are plenty of bells and whistles to get used to that didn't exist on the HP. Thanks again.
