[Electrical] replacing NVRAM on BCU of mpc4500

I have to replace the nvrams on the bcu and controller(web image monitor admin and supervisor password have been lost). The manual ask to put in ID and destination code, note "ask supervisor how etc", but he is not aware of how to do this.
Can I get sage help here on how to do this and complete this call.

Be very very careful when replacing the NVRAM. It IS NOT as simple as some people think. There is a set procedure which must be adhered to, otherwise your end up with a toaster !
