Ricoh MP 3351 grayscale settings for SAP R/3 and device type to print as all black text. Have issue with some reports in SAP R/3 4.7 like bill of lading has box lines printing lower on top of text or color reports printing grayscale with gray so light you can't read some lines. Was able to find driver Ricoh MP 3351 PCL 5 and SAP device type ZA001024 settings to print color reports as all black text, but with this for bill of lading box lines on top of text issue happens. May try 2 printer setups in SAP because found ZA001006 device type can print bill of lading but not color reports as all balck text, could be confusing for users.

Found that Ricoh MP2000 PCL5 driver and copy of HPLJ4 device type in SAP work to print all SAP documents correctly as all black text and this driver, device type also work on Ricoh MP2000 printer for SAP R/3.
