    AF3045 Driver Installation

    Dear all,

    Today I want to install printer and scanner driver on a network computer. I manage to install the driver (add printer menu>add a local printer>Create new port (TCP/IP)>install driver) - I tried to install a network printer but fail . However, I can't print and scan using the machine.

    The scenario;
    The computer using wireless Internet. I connected AF3045 to the wireless modem - internet (which is have 4 network port). When I ping AF3045 IP from computer, the are no responds. I know the computer still not connected to the printer. Please help me.

          we'll assume that the machine has the print/scan option installed.

          try putting the copier on dhcp and see if it gets an IP address, make sure that there is a green and yellow light on the controller of the copier. also, try hooking you computer up directly to the copier to make sure that ir is working correctly.
