    [Misc] Lanier Wide Format Issue

    Hello Folks- I am working with a Lanier LW 310 wide format device. It's connected to print and scan with the Plotbase program. Here is the issue- when scanning the machine takes the document in and starts to scan but about half way through the scan job the machine switches to copy mode and gives me a copy instead of a scan. Any ideas?

      Loose SCSI cable or perhaps firmware? What version of Plotbase are you running?
