working on Aficio3245C, popped statement : Yellow developer unit not set. I cleaned out the internal. it was okay for a day, then popped the same error statement. someone please help. thanks.

Try shimming the gap between the front of the developer unit and the dev bracket to apply more pressure to the face of it (I've used foam tape before). You may want to just replace the dev unit if that doesn't work. Also check the TD sensor and make sure it is firmly attached, if it comes loose you can get the same symptom. -
I reform (bend) the leaf spring inside the front lock unit outward to apply more pressure for the connection.
Any time I have to do it for 1 unit I reform all of them. Saves me the time and effort from having to do another at a later time.
As always....................Why do they call it common sense?
