    [Misc] Ricoh MPC3001 Printing problem

Hi can anyone help, I installed an MPC3001 into a mac environment, fitted the post script kit and installed the correct drivers for each version of os. Everything works fine except when printing from adobe indesign CS3, if a multiple page document is sent a couple of the pages will come out the wrong way around to the others? This is an issue to the customer as they sometimes need to auto staple finish the document.

There are Firmware upgrades related to printing, not sure if they relate to your exact problem without looking. If you install the latest power saving subsystem firmware, monitor the machine, I have a couple of MPC3501's which may have developed an issue with hanging and boot errors after installing the latest version. Am checking Monday.
