AP3800C Colour Registration

Hi,
I have a problem with AP3800C. The auto colour calibration cannot be performed. I tried manual colour calibration but having problem with cyan colour which is the colour is out of the box (shifted to right and up - cannot shift to left!!). The problem only on cyan colour (lines B, E, H, & K). Please help me...

First thing is to make sure everything in the transfer unit is up to snuff - undamaged belt (new is better), roller under the belt that the MUSIC sensors reflect off of is clean and shiny, MUSIC sensors are clean and make sure all of the color densities are good (if possible, replace the devs and pcu's). Then follow the procedure on the attached document.
