    Priport JP 5000 ***BackUp RAM EM** on display

    Everytime the priport is power-off, the language is changed on Japanesse and after several trayings of correct setings for language, destination, serial number, date e.t.c I get Ready status and above that the mesage:******BackUp RAM EM** . Any suggestions, PLS

      have you tried replacing the battery?
      Nobody is perfect..

          I am not shure, but I think it has only NVRAM, where is the batery located?

              Hi, you need a new NVRAM as the battery inside it is flat. Part No. 1407 4696.
