SR790 on SP8100Dn it's possiile or not?

Hi Everybody,

according to you is it possibile to install SR790 finisher on a SP8100DN.
Our Pricelist do not allow this but we hope it's only a commercial issue.

I know that. I would like to know if anyone has some experience in using sr790 instead
In fact sp8100dn is like MP4500/2045/3045 that has possibility to install sr790.
Otherway Sp8200dn has sr790 in pricelist.

Both point-to-point diagrams are for the finisher pretty much the same. I'm sure there's a reason for this incompatibility. I think the only way so see if it works is just connecting one (which is an expensive expiriment).

Hi.
Not possible. I used sr 3040 finisher of sp8100 and now replace the printer with SP 8200th finisher is not the same.
Because the amount of the printer is not the same and bridge unit is not the same.

Ok, we tried without success.
After installation the machine won't work electrically.
