    PRO1107EX - SNMP Problem

    Hello,

I have a PRO1107EX. From time to time I lose connection and http snmp impossible to reach with it's two protocol, yet I can still print using IPDS!

I have to restart the copier to find the snmp and http connection.

    Have you any idea?

I have two 1107 PRO EX. Both photocopiers have the same firmware.
One works and one does not.
I saw the green light from the electrical outlet will not turn on the PRO 1107EX copier that does not work in SNMP and HTTP.

I reverse the network cards, but it's the same. Its failure does not move.

      Cables and switch are OK.

Both are Pro 1107EX manage by Infoprint Manager. I check the error messages on the software but nothing useful.

I've had a similar kind of problem with some of the smaller colour machines (MPC3501) where they lose printer / scanner and won't recover from sleep mode. I cured the problem by fitting older powersave subsystem firmware. I would try either the older firmware and / or reloading the existing version.
