cs 555 paper jam in B(Just reaching the registration roller)

Hi Guys.

I have a machine(Ricoh CS555) that keeps on jamming in the registration area.I just doesnt reach the registration roller.I have tested from all the trays.Done output check and everything is working fine.The paper path is clear.Sensors been checked.

Have anyone expierenced a problem simular to this ?
