how to adjust margin on duplex copy

Hi, I have a question on how to fix the margin. When I take duplex copy, the first page has no problem, but on the other side the image has a long stright line on the right side, I try to use service mode related to Feed and change the duplex value,
but no effect. Which mode is suitable for fixing this problem. Thanks

All ricoh copiers have a 5mm margin shift applied to the second side in duplex as default. Mikadonovan and Jomama46 are correct.
