    Hi there,Wat is the problem when the panel screen showing that "Please call for service,Problem with RSS cable''.

    May I know whats is the RSS mean?

    Anyone can help on this?

          What type of peripherals are on this? When I hear RSS cable I think of the connector on something like a GBC unit (of course not on this mfp). Anything like a coinbox or something?

              The "RSS Cable" in this case would mean the serial cable going to a (most likely VERY old) @Remote Appliance.

              Never have seen one connected that way, but I know it can be done.

              Is there an SC code to go along with the error? There should be.
