Password Recovery of MP4000b

I am having a situation with one of our client that their ex employee had assigned a user name and password which was not informed to the deparment and he left left the company. Our engineer tried to reset the password in service mode but still machine is not accepting User name "admin" with blank password. Machine model is MP4000b. Kindly suggest me the solution, I will be obliged.

Browse to the copier and login as "supervisor". Go to "Configuration". You can change the user/ password there.
