[Jamming] Savin 8090 Dogears and Jamming

Hello Fellow Techs I need some help. I have been working on 8090 for the last year on and off again. Every time the machine duplexes, or collates a job the machine has small dog ears on the corner of the pages or it jams right under the feed in gate of the duplex unit almost looks smashed in it. Checked the guides in the duplex unit, remove the Feed section on the right side totally out of the machine took the who thing apart and cleaned. replaced magnets, guides and motors still the same thing. Do any of you have any Ideas or have had this problem. Note this machine has 6 Million on it

Nothing would give me great pleasure to sell them a new copier. Working at a school print shop and they are Hurting as well, that option has been traveled. I have had this machine working in the last year it comes and goes, it worked for like 2 months no problems. For your mylar and guide reference I have changed a few feeding mylars that were worn out. It also happens more often in the afternoon after the machine gets warm up.

check your inverter area.... make sure they didnt have any labels stuck in that unit. the glue from the labels can cause dog earing.... also check your duplex unit..... more than likely thats where your dog earing is going to happen.

Had same problem on a ricoh . Had to replace duplex unit after 6 million it probably deserves it.. with ricoh its a part number and they keep them in stock so im not the first. Not sure what caused problem but had already replaced guides motors sensors etc..On similar copiers rubbish paper can cause problems..
