Replacing all the drums today. Do I need to do process on these and reset counts. What sp's should be used. Thanks t

After replacement do the Forced MUSIC adjustment with SP2111-001. Reset PM counter for each part replaced. PM counter is on first SP page.

Jomama thanks much. I also have mpc6501 with a sc534 witch is in reference to the duplex fan. I havnt hadtime to look in the sm yet to locate the fan. Would u know which one it is. I know there are two finisher side but is this sc for another at the rear maybe. Thanks t

i believe it refers to the two fans facing the finisher. I've seen paper get stuck in the fan and cause the error
