    Aficio 1515 - jamming from tray 2

I have a client that has a 1515 that frequently jams from tray 2, which is set properly for legal size, and also the most used tray.
I have seen a reference in the "goose guide" that there is TSB (#36) that refers to a mylar that can be installed on the lower tray to rectify the problem., but I can't get my hands on it. Does anyone have a copy they could post, or explain what the location should be for this mylar.

    Thanks in advance

could also be the feed clutch. seen it before even with the mylar installed. it's very easy to get to just lift the m/c off the paper tray and remove a few screws to get it out
Don't take that toner with me!

on the right side there is a cover, there is a screw with a brest only on one side, get one on the other side. The cover will better closed
and make sure that the end fence (little green one) on the left side in the drawer stays with 2 little screws!

Thanks for the feedback. It was actually the clutch.
I had simply replaced the base unit initially, and wouldn't you know that it had a slipping clutch as well. I removed them and cleaned (mainly the shafts which were sort of corroded), and it's all good.
          Thanks again!

Hey sandmanmac, can you make me a favorite to post the part number of this slipping clutch? (I guess you don't mean the magnetic clutch, but a oneway gear/clutch).
            Thanks in advance..

Actually, I do mean the magnetic clutch, but all I did was clean the components. Sorry, I don't have a part #

Thanks for the input Jo, the newest p.n is AX20-0302 (PS-480 AF-1515).
I had the same problem in the past, i did replace clutch, feed roller, separation pad, put the entrance mylar, checked the bulletins and finally....i removed the tray!!!
