Lanier 5245 (Ricoh)? help with code sc726-00

I work on Sharp/Toshiba/Kyocera so bear with me, one of my customers has this Lanier 5245 as a spare that they wanted me to look at and see just exactly what is wrong with it, the code "SC726-00" will not clear, what could this mean? Thanks

It's to do with the lift motor on the finisher shift tray. There are several lugs on the bottom of the tray and they snap off, sometimes giving this error. With the age of this machine I wouldn't spend any money on parts, it's a proper coffin dodger.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.
