Ricoh aficio mp 2000 "black stripe on the back of the paper"

Hello everyone, 'm new to the forum ... I am a "technical Italian" and
I have a problem on "mp 2000", the copy quality is perfect, but it produces a
black stripe on the back of the paper ... in multicopy is only on the first page.
PM kit has about 15k.
I noticed that the transfer roller is dirty ... but also having activated the sp 2996-1, does not change anything ....!
Why?

i had this truoble, i have to change developer a toner, because a read a note "the toner is bad, and have to change it. try changing the toner and make several copies, without change the developer.

the point is that despite having changed the toner, if I start 100 copies, the band appears only on the first page ... the others are perfect, but if they do one at a time, the band always appears.
I had the same problem on another mp 2000, and although they Kit (drum, dev, etc. ..) did not change anything ... magically, the problem is solved by itself after about 1000 pages ...
