TIFF multipages

Hello,

I have a MPC2550.
I would like to scan multiple page TIFF but the box "multi-page TIFF"is still unavailable.

Is this possible with this model? If yes, how?

Yes, but you have to scan in text mode only (simple black and white). Text/Photo and Photo are considered jpeg color (even in B/W mode) and only scan in PDF.

Because "grayscale" includes many shades of gray, it is considered a multi-color setting. This means that the file type must be PDF or JPG, so the machine changes it automatically.
To scan to a TIFF file, you must scan in black and white, not gray scale. Black and white uses only those two colors, and no shades of gray.

I found there is a tiff assistance which can process multi page tiff files recently.I have try it,and then it turns out to be nice.You can have a try
