Hi All,
I'm working on my first spd420dn printer. It has an intermittent feed/jam problem. More often than not the paper will come 1/2 way out of the tray and register a jam. I changed feed roller and sep pad and the problem got better, but still jams. Is this product like most Ricohs and has bad clutches? Any advice would be appreciated. TIA
