The touchscreen does not have any resolution - the tft module use a WVGA resolution (unfortunately that can be 720 x 400 (18:10), 800 x 480 (15:9), 848 x 480 (<16:9), 852 x 480 (>16:9) or 864 x 480 (18:5) - depending on the aspect ratio)
