    Ricoh Aficio 3030 Print issue.

This is a very specific problem.
I have a medical software program that prints directly to the Ricoh 3030 when it does it thinks that it is a wrong paper size. When you force it to print it prints onto multiple pages and leaves off information.
There apparently is no way to change any settings in the software program.
    I have tried everything.
    Firmware upgrade
Hp drivers (the 4000 driver comes close to working but not quite)
All the settings in the copier and the driver or correct.

    Nothing works completely
This is a fit to page issue.
Note it prints fine to an HP 1606DN but this driver will not work with the 3030.

Just a thought.. What is the size of the document when the print driver comes up, not the size of the file.doc... is it standard size 8 1/2 x 11 or A4... could be the issue

Check the User Tools/Printer for a settings to change and see if any will resolve it. Examples...
      ----------------------------------------------------------
      System
      Sub Paper Size
      Edge to Edge Print
      PCL Menu
      Form LinesExtend A4 Width
      Append CR to LF

could also try a universal HP driver.

Go to Printer properties --> Printer Preferences--> Check the paper size
Make sure the paper you have loaded in paper tray the same size should set up in above mentioned.

          Try it
