    [Misc] Wireless Option is Disabled

I think I have a bad wireless NIC option for a MP2000 copier. I can configure my laptop for the several wireless networks I tested the card on, but the wifi option is always in a disabled state regardless of what I do. I was told there is no way to specifically turn on the wifi option in SP mode. Please help!

It is engaged in UP mode. Turn on SSID and enable either wpa or wep to match your router settings.

I have tried with and without encryption...nothing works. Something also very interesting, the green LED is constantly on regardless if it is correctly configured on the network or not!

Try to set the on board nic to zero(disable) in the device setting(5985).

I tried that as well, it didn't work. It's been my experience that the green LED should not turn on until the option is correctly configured for the WiFi network. This card's green status light stays on constantly and it doesn't blink to indicate it is searching for WiFi networks.
