[Electrical] AFICIO 1035 with intermitent SC546

It's an aficio 1035 (110V ) with intermitent SC546.I have swaped the heater unit with another but problem is still in the machine. checked temperature and it always correct at idling position. when client try to copy it goes to SC 546 with improperly fused copies.
Heater unit of this machine works fine at other units.
thermistors center and end both are ok as I have replaced with new ones. Any help please Thanks in advance.

Did u check the Thermostat?

Try removing and cleaning the front door switches in the top right corner. If they get covered in toner they can trip the error code sc546

On occasion the connector and harness in the main unit can get flaky any might need replacement, done a couple over the years. Try cleaning the contacts on the machine and where its harness interfaces with the boards first. Also make sure the bracket that holds the connector in the main unit is not pushed back away from the fuser, try bending it slightly forward towards the fuser unit. *Also make sure all firmware is current*
