Ricoh Aficio 3045's Document server not functioning

Dear all, I have one unit Aficio 3045 with print/scan & fax,
- Network Printing, Scan to SMB, FTP no problem.
- the copier still can print/copy two sided output.
- BUT, Document Server Not Functioning & Store File function not appear at the Scan sect.
- no document server at the WEB image Monitor.

Try change HDD (From Aficio 1035) with Fomat All at the SP mode. still same.

any solutions & all ideas. Thank.

It sounds like the Doc Server function is disabled. Check in sp mode to turn it back on: SP#5-967-001 needs to be set to 0, then reboot.
