    Never interrupt an update! Especially true for engine, system and network, but really applies to all modules. I doubt it but you can check to see if a 'boot card' exists for that model (they usually only do boot cards for larger machines). Check in the service manual to see if a firmware recovery procedure is outlined, if not you are likely on the market for boards. IIRC the BICU for engine and controller for the rest.

        IIRC=If I Recall Correctly

        Assuming the engine firmware is the only damaged one you may only require the BICU, consult the service manual as it should have some information on that specific models firmware structure.

            This may or may not work on this model (this was for the 2105)....
            ---------------------------------------------
            [Symptom]
            The "E32" and "E44" error codes are displayed.
            When several softwares are installed in a same time, the "E32" and "E44" error codes may be displayed which will not turn off even if the SD card is removed and the power is turned off and on, and the system will not be ready for use.
            [Cause]
            A firmware transmission error may occur when installing several types of firmware simultaneously. Since the error data is saved to the NVRAM, the machine is unable to boot up normally, even after the main switch is turned Off/On.

            How to cancel the errors:
            1) Press "143" using the number keys while the error code is displayed.
            2) Press the "CLEAR" key 3 times.
            3) The system will beep 3 times and the error display will disappear.
            To ensure the above error codes do not occur, please be sure to follow the procedure below whenever installing several kinds of firmware at the same time: 1. First, install the System firmware only. 2. After successfully installing the System firmware, turn the machine main power Off/On and confirm that the machine boots up to Ready status normally. 3. Install the remaining firmware simultaneously. Note: Refer RTB RB070040 as to details.
