    Aficio Color 3500

    Hi Guys
    How can I Change Duplex priority on this machine.
    I tried reseting to factory defaults from user tools.

    Other model have that feature in user tools but I can't see it
    Any help is welcome

      The big touch panel machines are different than the older ones. From the Copier screen (NOT User Tools) make all of your selections as you want them for Sorting, Duplex, etc, then press Program to the right of the touch panel and select Program as Defaults. This will make the settings the new defaults.
