Ricoh 3245 deleting larger print jobs

Why would a Ricoh 3245c reject large print jobs. It will print small jobs just fine, but deletes the lagrger ones. None of my other machines do this, but on this one particular machine, if the job is a larger color print file, you can see the light flash a couple times and then just stops. It acts just like as if the user codes were enabled, but they are not. Any suggestions???

Is print driver queue set for raw or LPR?

Should be LPR with queue name of lp.
Raw sends the jobs to memory.
LPR sends the job to the HDD and spools it.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Good info nmfaxman, I always wondered what the difference was. However, he has a color 3245 not a mono 3245

Good question? I dont honestly know, I usually set the port up to lp. It ws set up on there server, and shared out to everyone. So if the initial server was set up raw, then everybody will have the same issues.. That could actually be it, I will check.

You can try increasing the I/O buffer. UT/Printer/Host(?) - Tab just right of system.
