    Copies and prints are too light in Ricoh MP 9000

    I tried to do everything in the troubleshooting book. Please tell me what to do.

      Did you force toner? what was the result. What are the Vsp/Vsp readings? When was the developer and or drum changed? I dont have a troubleshooting book so I dont know what you did.

                  You just posted a little while ago asking how to change developer on this box. This is not the place to get on the job training.

                      I'll add to call a TECH, what are vsp/vsg and vt, vref and vcont........ if you really have a clue as to how these machines work.........
