Sounds like 1 of those "SPECIAL" Ricoh programs that usually is not released to dealers. Like the print screen app that lets you print screen shots from the mfp. I'll check with my connections.

I have just found it stored on my old laptop. It really is a great tool for helping customers over the phone. Unfortunately I can't upload it here because its too large.

Probably an interactive piece done with Screen Builder and the Screen Capture tool. These tools are not officially funded and are being pulled this June. Too bad as these were some neat tools.

Does anyone think I would be violating any copyright or such if I posted this beauty somewhere? And if not, how and where would be a good way of sharing it.

Yeh, that might be a little (pronounced WAAAAYYY) out of my league. Like I mentioned earlier, it is a fully functional user tools for the models with the colour touch screen. I can't see it being a copyright issue to share it around as its not really anything that hasn't already been seen. How to share it with you guys is what is making my life difficult at the moment.
