Hi guys,
Ricoh 1060 giving jam codes 101 and 66, i am replacing the mylars in the transport section as i have had issues with paper feed , i am thinking as the paper leaves the duplex its getting snagged, also paper is getting caught as it enters the finisher, so could it be a possible turnaround/duplex issue?
any suggestions?
