Aficio 5560 E-7000 Fiery controller set....

    Hey Guys,
I did a memory clear on a 5560 and now it won't recognise the external fiery. It just says "Loading please wait..." Sounds like a bad Fiery, but it also says this when the Fiery is not plugged in. I think the setting is in SP mode but I cannot find it and don't have a manual.
    Thanks!

There are no SP switches that need to be set for this model, as there are with others.

Did you possibly remove and reinstall the interface cable between the copie and RIP? It's possible to put it on backwards, and it won't work that way.

The ends should be clearly labeled from the factory as to where each goes.

HA! Thanks man! I just figured it out not 10 minutes ago....
I've never had a fiery interface cable that was connector side sensitive. Next time I'll look a little closer. LOL...
      Thanks Again!
