    RICHO A. 1035P

Working on a richo a. 1035p that will not pick up paper from tray two or the bypass tray. It starts to pick up paper then just stops. Tray one is working just fine. They have already put to much money into this machine if you ask me but, they insist on doing the repairs. Any ideas what i'm looking at here?

Have you checked the feeding rollers whether they are good or not? If good, check the paper feed clutch on second tray.In doing so, exchange the feed clutch on both trays. If clutches are good, check whether the paper tray is lifting up properly.I have encountered one time paper tray is not lifting up to a proper height. If this happens, replace the sensors in the feeding unit. There are two sensors in it.
