    What HD for each model?

Is there any listing of what kind of HDD goes with each machine (for example, 2.5'' SATA for the MPC2050, 3.5'' IDE x2 for the 2090...)

    Thanks.

Not that I've been able to find yet.

      Not that I've ever seen.

A really good idea, though... I've been pondering that for some time.

Perhaps with all the talent here at Copytechnet we could collaborate a comprehensive list, possibly a Google spreadsheet.

      Whatcha think?

My colleague already started doing that as I created this thread, but that collaborative thing is really a great idea. If no one does it in the meantime, I'll create it later and then post here the details.

        Cheers!

I have access to some Lanier knowledge bases which are almost on the right track. They show the storage size and dimensions of the HDD's when the machine was made, although it doesn't really list alternatives/compatables.
Perhaps one of the Gestetner or Savin techs could look into it as well.
