Plockmatic BK 5010 error BK-156

I replace the interlock switch with another but still get the same code: BK-156
Any suggestions, PLS ?

have you tried too adj the support bracket that holds the top open as per the RTB also i belive that if you order a replacment interlock
the top needs to be adj all you need to do is loosen the screw on the rear of the plotmatis and lift the top up its hard to adj on your own but this will tilt the front down use the door cheats to run machine with the lid up if its ok do the adjustment

Hi,
If you also have the Trimmer and/or the Square fold units installed, the interlock switches for those also give BK156 on the booklet maker. The favourite thing is the little rubber top to the switch falls off so the switch isn't actuated fully.

With or without them every powering up except the code B-section is blinking. Also in output chek I can only put two solenoids on chek and sensors. The S17 sensor is showing 0 or 1 depends on cover position but S16 is always 0. As I mentioned before I change the complete switches with board and bracket but the error and B-section blinking is showing up everytime.
