we have a site with about14 mpc2000 all running equitrac we went on site to upgrade all the pcc on the embeded log in. on one machine we cant broswe the home web page we have tried 2 laptops and a pc on the site the customer can print all ok to it. i have upgraded the firmware even that it was the same as the ones that worked i have given the interface setting alook at but cant see anything odd any help please

Also make sure that SP5985 is set to 1.
A bunch of machines have been shipped with it set to 2, which allows printing and little else.
