Need more info. Are you scanning to folder (SMB) or Email? Is the format PDF or TIFF (if PDF, try sending it in TIFF and see if it works). Is a file produced with any amount of KB size or is it 0? The first thing I would do is make sure the firmware is the latest available.

Do A memory clear of the scanner (ONLY). You'll need to reset the default scan settings back after doing this.
