[Misc] Mp171SPF not Printing pdf's or emails....

Hello everyone,here is a situation:Recently a client told me that the photocopier that he has,a mp171spf does not print adobe acrobat reader files(pdf) and his emails.He has the machine for about 6 months and this happened recently.Before that he was printing normal without any troubles and problems.Has anybody an idea what is happening here???

are there any error when he prints? maybe paper size mismatch only or the connections.

Sounds like something's happened to the driver. Get him to reinstall it.
