Hi guys. I'm looking for help with a problem with paper jamming. It only seems to affect the A3 paper and is fairly consistent with the paper jam.
After a run of two A3 prints the third sheet jams at the fusser exit. I've checked over the fusser unit and it seems fine. The A4 paper goes through without any problem and is the same size paper as the A3... being 90 grams.
This CL7300 is fitted with a duplex unit but the paper jams seems to happen during a one sided print. The paper is following default path from paper tray two and the fusser unit isn't set up for thick paper or anything like that.
The paper seems to start to jam after the paper has started to pass out through the fusser unit.
Has anyone any ideas what could be going on please?
