    [Misc] no print while in Sleep mode

    Hi All,
    We are having issues with SP3410 printers that when the go in to sleep mode they will not awaken until turned of, then it prints.
    They are connected via network, latest driver and firmware.
    Server 2008 R@, workstations win7 32 bit.

    Any suggestions
    (have tried turning off energy saver too, but it is not what we want to do)
    Copiers are only as good as there last service

      I am still trying to sort out this issue, it has been narrowed down to not be the printer, at this stage it has been a port setup issue on the server. on our test site we change port 9100 to 9101
      Copiers are only as good as there last service

          Try changing the port to LPR, queue name lp. In training, it was always recommended to set up all machines to print via LPR as opposed to RAW.
