Color Quality Issue (Copy mode only)

Guys, any ideas why the color quality in copy mode is not defined properly in MPC 4500?For example, the colors of the original are maroon and yellow green, the output in copy mode becomes brown for maroon and light blue for yellow green. I had the test page from the machine and the colors were registered accurately.RGB colors were printed as is and CMYK as well.

Your ideas on this issue are highly appreciated.

Clean the optics and white reference plate. Run forced line position adjustment and forced process control in SP modes, then ACC it. That should sort you out.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

I've already cleaned the optics and then performed autocolor calibration but nothing happened. So I tried force line adjustment (SP 2-111-3 (c) and 2-111-1(a) and then run ACC again but still same problem. I tried to copy the original with the another machine, there are 2 colored machines with same model in the customer place, and it showed same problem.

If this doesnt do it, you will need to replace the SBU (behind the lens)

Urgh, hopefully not. They cost a bloody fortune.

I remember the 1224 had this problem, something about the glue being inadequate. Had to replace the whole lens assy on 4-5 of them.
