customer complains of jamming on duplex. when i went to inspect i didnt see any jamming, but notice the second side image is not registered properly. is there a seperate registration adjustment for duplex copies? has anyone encountered this? thanx

Two places to check, first is in User Tools, copier, edit, set 1 to 2 auto margins to 0 on page 1 of 2 (?-I think). If that doesn't correct it, go into Copy service mode - SP mode 1-007 (Duplex reg, plain paper). If the 2nd side reg is shifting irregular and not consistent, then you have a different problem and adjusting the sp is not the fix.Last edited by teebee1234; 05-19-2011, 11:05 PM. -

If the shift is consistant, that supports the user tool setting.
And btw, that should be a "sticky"
