Problem about MP2000L2

I've problem with mp2000Le,then I add user from address book in web image and manual key direct from machine.So I press button in machine I can't select destination from shortkey.error is "Destination not found...".But then I print list of address book report has a destination list in paper.Please kindly help me.Thanks

If you are talking about a scan destination. I don't know if this is the same as on the mp171s, but I know that you have to choose whether it is an e-mail or a folder before the shortkey will work. So if the default is for e-mail then switch to folder and try the shortkey again.

Thank totoro.I've been choose scan to folder and email.And insert detail in WIM both email and path.Then I press the short key for machine has a same error log.

pls check the converter plate ie changing short key numbers 1-16 and then 16-32
